To participate in our birthday giveaway. All you need to do is include the #moonfruit tag in any tweet on twitter. You can be creative with your tweet or re-tweet our message, don’t forget to follow @moontweet to find out if you’ve won.

You can tweet #moonfruit as often as you like. Each of these tweets will be eligible and a winner chosen at random using an algorithm. No bots or automated scripts please, this is meant to be a bit of fun!

Rules

1. This competition is offered by Sitemaker Software Limited (“Sitemaker”) and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age. Employees and agents of Sitemaker and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition give away will begin at 3pm BST on Tuesday 30th June and finish at 3pm BST on Friday 10th July.
3. 10 prizes will be available, 1 per day for each of the 10 days of the competition. A winner will be chosen at the end of each of the 24 hour periods starting at 3pm BST each day. The winner will be announced after the close of each day from the Moonfruit Twitter account shortly after close.
4. The prize itself is a brand new Macbook Pro 13″. We purchase the prize on your behalf and have it shipped directly to your door anywhere in the world. (You must prove ownership of the winning entry and your shipping address). We will dispatch the prize within 31 days of the competition closing date.
5. To enter the competition you must send out a tweet from your own Twitter account and include #moonfruit in your message. The rest of the message is up to you, and you are welcome to retweet our competition launch tweet and the prize URL. Or just say whatever you feel like. And you don’t have to be a customer of moonfruit to enter, so no purchase is required.
6. You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified), and tweets during different 24 hour periods will be entered into the competition for that period only. So tweet again when one period closes and another begins.
7. We will choose a winner randomly from all the entries within a particular 24 hour period ending 3pm BST each day. We will then announce the winner from our twitter account (@moontweet) so keep listening to see if you’ve won. The random winner will be determined by closing our eyes and pointing at a list (just kidding, that would be silly, a computer will do it. Not a pointing computer. Ok, to be clear we’ll use a computer program to randomly select the winner. No pointing).
8. Entrants’ personal details will be used by Sitemaker strictly in accordance with Sitemaker’s privacy policy.
9. Neither Sitemaker nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
