Google New Fav Icon
I just noticed this new thing from Google. Have anyone notice Google changed their site favicon ? Before you login to your Gmail account, you also can see the new fav icon. However, if you login to your Gmail, the favicon will changed back to the red border envelope which is the trademark for Google Gmail. You can always view the favicon file directly here:-

i am fixing a fav icon for my business website, but still unable to come out in certain browser

Calvyn: I think not all browser support favicons, try google and see :D
