Last month I posted about Google now is experimenting their scrollable ads on certain Google Adsense format. Today I discover the new type of ads available for 200 x 200 ads size on my site. Take a look at the picture above. I wonder when this will be fully available for all publisher.

I hate seeing ads. Why would I want to scroll to see more?
African Boy : Haha… this is your personal opinion only however others might want to see more ads to browse for more relevant things you might looking for. For example, you’re viewing a blogger’s blog about parenting, the Google ads showing about parenting ads, but some mothers might want to get to see more sites that offers information to them.
Anyway, by doing the ads scrollable is a good thing for publisher because it saves the space for the ads however I’m not sure about the other side for advertiser because like you said, the rate for visitor to scroll for more ads might be a low number. Hopefully Google able to sort things out with these new test ads.
