Again, i’m sad when i read the news in local newspaper. I’m shocked to see such incident happens. Thinking back last year 2005, there’s incident about nude squat and strip search in public media. You can read more about previous blog @ here and here. I’m quite sad about our police force lately. Read more about the story from the source link below @ TheStar Online. 1 advise to my fellow blog readers out there, don’t let the police catch you play mahjong or else you end up “botak” ? Haha…nonsense. If the prisoners have to be shave bald, then it’s ok, nothing serious if you say it’s part of the procedures, but how about those being detained and not yet being judged whether they commit the crime or not ? Think for your ownself, feelings being humilated ? Why do i have to be bald when the judge didn’t say who’s right or who’s wrong ? Old man or young man is the same, you cannot simply bald a man when he’s not a prisoner. Our Lock Up Rules have to be revise seriously and not wait for another new case up and then we check for the flaw in our own system. For exmaple, the nude squat case, in the end, after 1 month special team investigate, they came out with a report to public saying they’ll no longer allow such rules for nude squat strip search thingy, so in computer term, don’t let your system in beta mode, let the public test your system and found some bug, say sorry and fix the bug, the government should make sure there’s no bug in their system.
