So How Does It Work?

1. You have run out of credit and have less than $1.50 MyCredit in your balance
2. Text ‘IOU’ – this is a FREE text, to 468 (this spells IOU on your keypad, to make it easy to remember)
3. $3 credit will then be applied to your balance
4. You have 3 days to use the credit before it expires
5. On your next recharge we will deduct $3 from your MyCredit balance
6. You can then use this feature once every time you recharge!

Terms & Conditions

• IOU Credit can be used on any Optus or Boost Pre-Paid plan.
• Simply text “IOU” to 468 and Optus will provide you a $3 Rev-Up Bonus which can be used for standard local and national calls and text within Australia.
• Any unused portion expires in 3 days and is non-refundable.
• You must have less than $1.50 MyCredit balance to use this service.
• On your next recharge $3 will be deducted from your MyCredit balance.
• Only one Optus IOU Credit can be outstanding at a time.
• When taking over a plan from a third party it is your responsibility to ensure that no Optus IOU Credit is outstanding on the account as you will incur any outstanding Optus IOU Credit amount.
