Recently last month, I apologize for lack of updates mainly due to errors in my Wordpress. These few days, since I’m not working due to bad weather condition, therefore I spend some time trying to fix my problems. Earlier I already fix my first problem which is Search issue and I already integrate Google Custom Search into my site, nicely blend with the theme.
Today, I try to manual upgrade my wordpress to version 2.3.3 because Fantastisco latest available version to upgrade also version 2.3.2 only. Anyway, more problems and headache I’m facing. I accidentally deleted “wp-config.php” file and I lost the password for my DB username because my site was installed using Fantastisco long time ago and the password for the DB username was auto-generated with random characters and numbers such as “a1u4trxy” (something like that).
My first headache when I tried to run upgrade command (/wp-admin/upgrade.php) I’m getting database connection error. Because I’m lazy to download my last previous full backup for my Wordpress which has about more than 40MB size, I create a new DB user and add to my Wordpress database table.

I can’t wait to watch Jumper on next week Saturday. Anyway, there is an advance screening for Jumper going on 13th February which is next Wednesday at 6.45pm. Like I said in my previous post that I have to work even on the 1st day of Chinese New Year. Sad right? Sigh… life is so difficult. Actually, it’s not that we can’t take leave for Chinese New Year but our colleagues from China already asked my boss’s permission to take leave during Chinese New Year because they’re going back to China. They worked at my working place quite long already and they are those hardworking ones.
Anyway, I think it’s the same we work or not on the 1st day of Chinese New Year because there isn’t much to celebrate over here. Take a look at my ang pow from my boss, AUD$582, approx RM1500++ money of ang pow, keke =P I get my wages every fortnightly on Thursdays and so happen this time 1st day of Chinese New Year is Thursday.

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone. Sad that I can’t celebrate with my family. However, we kinda have our own “reunion dinner” alike at here with friends to replace our reunion dinners with our families. Updates after I came back from work tomorrow which is 1st day of Chinese New Year!! Sad, have to work also, no choice… sigh. Adios.
