Presented by Penangwatch ( www.penangwatch.net )-a new volunteers group to monitor & help improve local governments specifically George Town’s MPPP. While this is mainly for newbies bloggers and netizens, seniors are invited to meet up with the newbies to share their experiences in blogging at the last 2 hours of the meet.
